To me it sounds like he's a player. Also, he has a girlfriend, and if he were to break it off with her to be with you, you should know that he could do the same thing to you, so watch out. It sounds like he likes you, but when he talks about his girlfriend that should turn you off. And I also think he is sweet talking you because that's what a player does. I don't think you need to tell him just yet. If he were to break up with his girlfriend, don't go running to him just yet. Wait it out, hang out, but chill.
