I need help with a Geometry proof.?

The problem has the given; AB is congruent to CB, BD is Congruent to BE, and AE is congruent to CD. How do I prove that triangle ABD is congruent to CBD? The image is three triangles inside of one big triangle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I believe I need to use the method S.S.S but I'm not sure how.Thanks.
