Should I start Felix jones or J.forsett? HELP?

Felix jones is at washington and Forsett at san fran. picking one for my 3rd running back in a non ppr league. Got gore and shonn greene as my one and two. scares me that ill have gore and forsett playing against each other. idlk help me out
