Tombstone pizza concern?

Ok, so I bought a couple of Tombstone's yesterday and accidentally put them in the fridge instead of the freezer and discovered they were thawed out this morning, my question is can I still eat them after I throw them in the freezer? I mean they were still cold just not frozen any more. Help!
