Anybody know of a stretch mark lotion that WORKS?

my grandmother makes me use stretch mark lotion bcuz i have stretch marks & i'm only 13. it is ineffective & it breaks me out. i want one that is effective & good on sensitive skin. i use palmer's, btw.
