Guys, do I have an std?

Before, I had red bumps that when I popped, pus came out. They were quite large. Today, I noticed this blackhead looking like thing and when I popped it, it was a REALLY hard BLACK ball that was about the size of this capitol O, maybe a little larger. What could this be? Please help, i'm so worried &my gf is too.
