Iam deployed and will i went on leave and now iam back but i think iam prego what do i do?

I am currently deployed to kuwait and i went on leave in september and iam starting to have symptoms iam not sure what to do my period hasent come yet but its due in like 6 days but i have never had tender and sore and i pee like evry couple of hours witch is not normal and i get cravings and iam always bloated and cranky really not sure what i should do any advice i took a test but it was negative.......
