Is this normal or sounds like a epotic pregnancy?

well i am 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant. and everything id find except i have lower aboindmal pain on ym right side only. and sometimes i have a dull achy feeling in my lower back. and i had a ultra sound at teh hosptial when i had early pregnancy and i saw the baby. and the past 3 times being to the docotrs i heard the babys heart beat. i dont have any moring sickness, i do pee akot more often, and i have alot of gas and a nausea felling but thats all. and like 5 days ago i got on two rides at a carnival. and i was just wondering does this sound normal the pain im having in my lower right abonidmal, like i can press on it and feel the pain and so does it sound normal or a epotic pregnancy??
