Anyone know this movie?

okay, I remember watching this movie when I was younger and my memory has become very pieced at best. I remember that it was set in Europe in the middle ages. The only plot facts I remember are that there was a vindictive woman who had two sons who were, for lack of a better word, "infatuated" with with a girl who rejected them. I remember from the dialogue that the mother was talking about this this to someone else and says "after my sons have had their honey this wasp shall die" or similar to this. I also remember that is shows the girl tied -possibly to a tree, with her tongue cut out, and I believe her hands cut off too, but I'm not sure. I would really like to know what this is called. If anyone knows anything about it I would really appreciate it.
