My 98 Honda Prelude isn't turning over ideas?

I have a 98 honda prelude. It worked just fine had it running like a charm yesterday, went to start it today won't turn over. I have come to the conclusion it isn't my battery I charged it the lights and all other electrical system work. Its a manual 2.2 liter sh edition engine. HELP?
