My Maytag washer even with very few light weight items on delicate cycle have lost the feet, how can I fix it?

top load, 8 years old, 3 of the 4 legs have a bolt next to the skid floor cover, one has a bolt that can screw up and down. I put the legs back on, leveled it with a level and tried it again, it lost two. Suggestions welcomed.
